How to make theme for dolphin?

Basically, you make a folder in Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Themes/, and then you put PNG images in there. Take a look at one of the existing themes in Sys/Themes/ to see what images are needed.

I know but I tried to add an icon for sound config but it doesnt show

Dolphin doesn't have a sound config button anymore, so it never tries to load any sound icon.

Is there a list of what will be shown?

The closest there is to such a list is looking at which files are in the themes that are included with Dolphin.
