how to make dolphin run with 60 fps?

cause i have the beta version and it runs with 25.00 fps pes sec and it stucks somewhere in 2 mintues from the time i opened it
what should i do

Download the never version at the homepage of dolphin and what are ur specs?
And what game r u trying to play? :p.

Version you use is really outdated, get recent from frontpage

Go to: Pad --> Controller 1, 2, 3, 4 --> Check: Enable X360Pad.

EDIT: First go to config --> Gamecube and check if Port 1 is a Standard Controller Wink
