Hello Everyone!
I am new to the emulator scene and downloaded Dolphin! I have a question, though. When I load The Legend Of Zelda: Windwaker, it says I need to make a memorycard. I try to continue without using a mem. card but it won't let me. So here is my question: How do I make a mem. card for Slot A and then save my games with it.
Thanks,
Calvin

Did you set a memory card in slot A?

Then just play your game. It may say the Memory Card must be formatted but that's all, format it in-game and you're done...

If you selected the memory card folder format, do you have GC\USA\Card A folders inside the User folder? The GCI files would go in there. If you don't have USA\Card A, try making those folders. You also need EUR\Card A and JAP\Card A folders if your disc is from one of those regions.

Sounds like the memory card directory is read-only...

you are pressing B on the gcpad instead of A
B cancels the screen and you'll be in a loop
format memory card? [pressing B] -> Continue without saving? [pressing B] -> format memory card?

figure out what key on the keyboard is mapped to A and press that instead
