You need to install tunnel v9 on your pc and bridge your network and then make 4 seperate folders with dolphin. Make sure you select BBA in your gamecube config then load it up and select lan mode on all 4 quickly
I haven't tested on 1 pc however it worked well across 3 seperate pcs for me the other day
