how to launch dolphin on debian?

Not long ago I too install with snap from Ubuntu, and it didn't run.
Then I decided to follow the Guides (Building Dolphin on Linux) to make a build, and it works fine for me.
In Step 3, make sure to change the gcc version match your system installed, and it should be fine.
