How to install specific version of Dophin?

I want to start using Netplay on Smashladder, and in order to do that, I need version 5.0-321 for Debian Linux. I'm not very knowledgeable with git, so I have no idea how to force it to install a specific version. When I try to install Dolphin, it either installs the latest version or the latest stable version. Sorry if this is a noob question, but can anyone tell how to install version 5.0-321 specifically?

Run git checkout be9416c462b1b5f0074d8a3a2b35171f2a154693, then build Dolphin. (be9416c462b1b5f0074d8a3a2b35171f2a154693 is the commit hash for 5.0-321, as can be seen on the 5.0-321 download page.)
