How to install DLC Wads?

Hey guys I have been able to play wiiware games with no real problems (megaman 9 &10 are kinda slow) but I want to know how to install dlc into the games. I see there is an "install wad" option but when I click it and highlight the wad of the dlc I don't see it in the games.

Is there some other software or option I need to be using? any help is appreciated. Thanks. Btw I don't know what version of dolphin i'm using. I'm at work and can't check but I got it from the official site like 2 weeks ago so it should be a fairly modern version (even with the almost daily updates).

well for megaman 10, i had the .wad files for the DLC. well actually there's only just 1 that i had, which unlocks the 3 Time Attack levels, and Endless Attack game mode (i think, i forgot) just double clicked that wad straight on the main dolphin emu screen that shows all the games you got ya know??

And it displayed a message pop up about it being successful or something. I could then load megaman 10, and see bass on the the title screen, and the 3 extra time attack levels now avaiable and stuff.

maybe you might have a broken file.
