I have a WiiMote and Wii Motion Plus, I have a BlueTooth thing.

All i do it turn on bluetooth and turn the WiiMote on and everything should work right?

I'm using a laptop, would the webcam of the laptop be used to determine where the WiiMote was and what not, or would i need to buy a bluetooth Wii Sensor Bar?

Make sure Windows detects and install the drivers.
Then if Dolphin detects it, it should work.

What WiiMote do you have, the official?

You'll need a sensorbar for the games that you play to determine your position of where you are aiming.
You can also use candles(becareful not to burn your house or something lol) or christmas lights as a sensor bar.

And no, your webcam can not be used as a sensorbar.

Would cellphone work as the replacement for candles or a christmas light? the screen or led of the cellphone I mean. And it is an official WiiMote with official motionplus

Okay good, the official Wii accessoires should work fine with Dolphin.

No, you need something that emits enough Infrared light.
