I re-dumped my NAND to get Super Marios Bros. (NES), and the audio is stuttering due to it being PAL, is there a way to redownload it off of the Wii Shop as NTSC?

You'd have to find someway to get Nintendo to believe you're running an NTSC Wii. You could also hook up with a friend who actually has an NTSC Wii or buy one yourself (though that's not as cheap). Or we could try to figure out why SMB is stuttering in Dolphin.

Also, edited your thread title. Apparently it had too many characters in it (85+) and the forum software doesn't like that.

I extracted the WAD, then I use FreeTheWads to change it to NTSC-U, but it shows a black screen when I lauch it, if I launch it through the system menu it works fine, but the audio stutters, wait, I'll pack the new wad into to it, I'll see if that works.

I've hit a crossroad, if I make a wad, and just launch it through Dolphin, it's just a black screen, if I make it NTCS-U, and pack it into the NAND, the channel can't run, if I make it Region-Free I can play it it, but it still is at 50hz making the audio stutter :S And I can't change the NAND's region as it edits SYSCONF.

Well, from what I understand, you should be able to extract the binary ROM image of the NES title from your NAND dump. NES ROMs inside VCs are compressed when they're in WAD format, but apparently this is not the case once written to the NAND. At least I heard this elsewhere from someone just talking about it this morning. It may be possible to just rip the PAL SMB from NAND and play that in a dedicated NES emulator.

It's a bug in Dolphin, unfortunately. I don't know what to do about the stuttering; it's been looked into.
