How to get pc specs on each forum reply?

hey, dolphin forum newbie here,

how do you get that little thing with the specs on your main pc, on each reply, cuz' i've seen some people have this little divider with their pc specs, while replying, so how do you get that?

So that is a signature. You can edit yours by going to the usercp. ...though you may need 10 posts to have access to it, I don't remember.
