How to get openCL

hey i need help on how to enable OpenCL in dolphin also do i need to get OpenCL drivers

My System Specs
AMD Phenom 9650
4GB Patriot Extreme Performance DDR2 800
1TB Samsung HD
Nvidia Geforce 9600GSO

Will also give OpenCL a try soon and have read something about 40% more speed ...
