how to get open3d9 on ubuntu?

but ultimate sounds like a pirated version
unpayable for normal user in that case just say "windows 7"
home/premium costs about 60-70bucks
ultimate 3times so much
and the benefits of ultimate are not noticable for casual user...
the only feature i would use is the multi monitor support for remote desktop connecting
its only available with the ultimate edition or windows 2008 server
