Information 
Is it even possible? started playing my Wii games on Dolphin when my console got spilled with beer the controller worked for awhile but my Wii didn't, almost done playing Mad World but my controller jammed doesnt work anymore.

Can i make my mouse play work like the nunchuck?

On the Wiimote configuration screen, in the extension box select nunchuk from the dropdown list... that will fix it for ya

Open the Wiimote Configuration window, click on "Configure" and pick "Nunchuk" as the extension. Don't forget to configure the Nunchuk's button mappings as well.

EDIT: grilled...
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
