How to get Brawl on my PC?

Hey guys,
i don't know what to do! I have Brawl for my Wii and i want to play it on PC. But how the hell can i put in on my PC! I dont want to download it...can i dump it or something?

Yes you can dump it or something, so dump it or something then.
