How to get access to posting new threads in the HD Texture Mod sub-forum?

I was hoping to share my work in that sub-forum, but I get an error message saying I do not have access / permission to create new threads in that forum. How would I go about getting access?

Create a thread in the general discussion. If the mod is considered "good enough" to be in that sub-forum, we'll move it there.

Just to give you an idea of what "good enough" looks like, a potential HD Texture thread must have:

1) Screenshots of the textures (in Dolphin while running a game or just the texture itself)
2) A download link to the textures (if your textures are WIP, you still have to post something.)

Your thread should be well put together and readable too. If no one can understand what you're trying to do, no one's going to take the time to look at your thread or textures.
