How to fix Pokemon XD graphical issues?

I just started playing Pokemon XD and I notice that the text glitches out really badly, what can I do about it? Also the lighting and the shadows are messed up

Try setting the texture cache accuracy to safe. Pokemon Colosseum needs this for the same problem, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the problem.

I'm pretty sure this is enabled by default in the Pokemon XD game .ini in the latest builds.
