How to fix Bluetooth Driver?

I recently received a Bluetooth dongle in the mail which i hoped to use for Dolphin. I assumed the Bluetooth passthrough method (https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Bluetooth_Passthrough) of connecting a wiimote was the easiest so I attempted the installation of the Zadig (http://zadig.akeo.ie/) Bluetooth driver. The installation failed however so I tried to reinstall the default windows 10 Bluetooth driver. After reinstalling the windows 10 Bluetooth driver my Bluetooth dongle is no longer recognized by windows as a Bluetooth device but rather a random device. Does anybody know how I can get my bluetooth driver to work again?

I have a CSR8510 A10 bluetooth dongle if that helps.

The CSR8510 A10 works with passthrough. I know because I have one.
Any dongle with the libusbK drivers (installed with Zadig) will stop appearing as a normal Bluetooth dongle in the Device manager and to be able to use it again as such, you need to reinstall the Microsoft stack drivers.
To do that, go to the Device Manager and install manually the Microsoft drivers.

Thanks for the info.
Could you possibly tell me how I would go about reinstalling the Microsoft stack drivers?
Thanks.

Thanks.

My computer is in Spanish, so I am not sure about the English name of the options.
In the Device Manager, select the Bluetooth dongle and then update drivers, look for drivers software in the computer, choose from a list of compatible drivers in your computer, and there you will see Microsoft stack drivers.

You can try first using zadig to replace the libusbk driver with the windows one (it'sin the drop down menu). Then in Device Manager, right click on the divece, select "uninstal device" and check the box for "delete driver". After it does its thing, in Device Manager, go to Action (top menu), then scan for hardware changes and let it reinstall. Hopefully this works for you.

You can also try plugging it into a different USB port.
