How to Extract Dolphin?

everytime i extract downloading after i download it from the offical site, winrar tells me the file is not supported or it ended unexpectly

Your download probably hasn't finished yet.
Try using download manager, or download from other sources, such as from this forum's link.

i downloaded Dolphin 3286 from the site using Firefox 3.0, the download percent is always at zero and then suddenly jumps to 100%
