How to Emulate Gestures

Does anybody know how one would emulate gestures with the Wiimote and Nunchuck without them? I ask because within the game, Trauma Team, you need to revive a man who has entered cardiac arrest by using a forward motion. (as shown below) I've been using a keyboard and mouse to play the game until now.

Oh thats easy... I keyed it myself so it does it automatically with ONE press of a Key... Map the Nunchuck forward AND the IR Forward under a single Key... and when you press it, the defib will move forward. (Ex. IR forward: 1, Nunchuck Forward: 1. This makes my 1 key a Defib key... so you won't have to press 2 seporate buttons)
