How to edit ini settings for this games (mp8)

Hi guys, here is the thing.

I use mario party 8 with the following settings on config...

Grahics settings  -> force 16.9

Wii tab settings -> apsect ratio 4.3

This way, I get fullscreen mario party 8 (4.3 and stretched) since this game with 16.9 uses sides bars.

Well, since i use wii tab settings -> aspect ratio 16.9 for every other game, I was trying to edit dolphin mario party 8 ini to get this behavior.

The point is, I'd tried unchecking panoramic window on iso properties, forcing [video settings] aspect ratio to 1, 2 or 3 with no result. I get 4.3 with black side bars or 16.9 with colored side bars on mario party 8 game table.


Any ideas how should I set ini file to get the same effect as setting 16.9 on dolphin graphics settings and 4.3 aspect ratio on wii settings tab?

Right click Mario Party 8, go to game properties, uncheck "enable Widescreen" under Wii Console.

Should work fine.

Tried that, no luck. Game Works on 16.9 with unchecked enable widescreen.

Only setting [video settings] at 4.3 game will output 4.3 but wont be stretched.

I literally just tried it; setting Mario Party 8's INI to have the Wii Console 4:3, and then setting the graphics plugin to force 16:9 gets you stretched widescreen.

Sadly doesnt work here. Have you tried to reach game table board? Because intro and mode selection looks good, problem is when you reach the table board, youll get colored sides bars.
