And once I have the VID and PID in decimal I just type that into the dolphin config in notepad?

Thank you very much it works fine now. The only issue I have is that I do not know how to turn of vibrate on the Wii Remote or speaker data on pass through mode. Do I have to load up the Wii Menu and go into settings to change it?

Either change it in the Wii tab when emulation is not running, or use the HOME menu. Just like on a real Wii.
