Um... I'm really confused. Can you elaborate on what that means? Are you asking how to downloading Dolphin on iOS, the iPhone operating system? Or IOS, the Wii operating system?

You can on MacOS, but not on iOS.

EDIT: Well, you can download it on both, for sure; but you won´t be able to install on iOS since it´s not supported.

It doesn't mean you can't run it because it's not supported

But it would be a nightmare to get running, and requires a lot of dangerous things, like jailbreaking.

Life is a nightmare and requires alot of dangerous things.

Get out there break the third wall and be brave.

All in all you need to do heavy modifications to ios to make it useful this is just another reason to do so

Aww, that sounds like a really sad way to view life. I think life is an adventure!

If someone wants to jailbreak their phone to run Dolphin, that's up to them! But they should know the security vulnerabilities that it creates, how difficult it would be to make it work, and the poor performance Dolphin would have due to iOS's restrictions.
