I'm trying to set up "007 Agent Under Fire" with mouse/keyboard but I can't get the mouse to work.
It won't move and I'm unable to look around. Can anybody help me?

Here's my config.

Try setting the C-stick to cursor instead of axis, manually.

Even if it works with Cursor, it'll be difficult to play the game. Axis more accurately reflects how a PC FPS receives mouse input (i.e. it only tracks changes when you move). Cursor is more difficult to control since your mouse and mouse pad will act like a big C-Stick, and you constantly need to recenter your mouse just to stop looking in any direction.

OP - Do any of the other buttons work? More importantly, does the little dot inside the circle (in the GCPad config screen) move at all when you move your mouse?

Yes, every other button works.
The dot does move but it's way too sensitive. Even if I nudge it a little bit, it goes to the very top of the box.
But still, no movement in game.

You can try increasing the dead-zone on the C-Stick, but you'll only notice a difference with the sensitivity if you can actually get it working. Have you made sure that the in-game controller setup uses the C-Stick to look around? Most FPS games let you configure the controls from something like a pause screen. Make sure the one you're using in-game uses the C-Stick for aiming.
