How to configure dolphin to twist wiimote

I'm not able to configure dolphin to twist wiimote, i don't know what i have todo.
I need it to play Dead Space Extraction, in first chapter i am asked to twist my wiimote to change my fire (or sometingi similar).

I hope you can help me.

In wiimote config bind Tilt - right (or left) to some key, that worked for me.
