wtf, when i run a game with that build, i got a crash... Unknownforce build (same revision) works fine...
Specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64
CPU: Intel i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz
MB: ASUS Z97-Pro
VGA: ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970
RAM: Kingston 16GB DDR3 @ 1600 MHz
HDD's: OCZ Agility 3 120GB / WD Caviar Green 1TB / Seagate Barracuda 3TB

check your dependency versions (your vs, your dxsdk and your icc)

Finally managed to compile without errors (icc too).
Big thanks lannyboy and lectrode.
Specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64
CPU: Intel i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz
MB: ASUS Z97-Pro
VGA: ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970
RAM: Kingston 16GB DDR3 @ 1600 MHz

Any help on this, I keep getting this error every time I try to compile using Intel and sse3.

rror: A license for CCompW could not be obtained (-1,359,2).

Well I tried reinstalling it and still the same thing.
Would it have anything to do with it being a trial?

You may be trying to use functionality that's only available in the full version,
although that's unlikely.

I would get a hold of Intel's technical support and see if they've got any
answers.
