I have connected WiiMote to Dolphin and is working great. Just one thing is not working: pointer. There are some settings for pointer in wiimote settings but i have no idea how to config them to work.

Can anyone explain me how to set up pointer?

there's not much you can do to calibrate it other than adjusting the apart distance of the IR leds, the distance you're from them, and the setting in dolphin of sensor bar top or bottom.

edit: you DO have an IR sensor bar right?

Using a classic controller will let you move the pointer on the home menu and wii menu, etc.

You might want to invest in a wireless sensor bar.
