First,you post wrong place
Second,update directx Feb 2010 + Microsoft C++ 2008 or runtime(I'm pretty sure you run on XP right ?) Better upgrade to Wins 7 x64 like mine ,never happen

There has gotta be a way to get these people to post all the needed info that is required to help them properly. Maybe all threads starting in the support section (or other sections) should have a form to fill out before posting, but this is only needed for the first post.

Kinda like the google code page when starting a new issue but modified for the forum with these options.
