How to apply Patches Codes

Hi !
I'm playing remastered MGS games on PS3 and I didn't played MGS1 because it wasn't remastered, and I found MGS : The Twin Snakes released on gamecube, so I tried to play it but it was in 4/3 even with a set up Dolphin.
So I went on dolphin wiki and found this : MGS : TTS Wiki
So I was wondering, how these codes can applied in Dolphin ?

Those are Action Replay codes. First, turn on cheats by going to Config -> Check "Enable Cheats". Then, right click the game in the game list -> Properties -> AR Codes and add the code there and give it a name.

Did you switch the aspect ratio in Graphics to "Force 16:9"? (Also, if you're using the NTSC version of the game, those codes won't work (they are for PAL) and you'll have to find different ones.)
