How to add a patch to a build in Visual Studio C++ 2008 express?

Using Tortoise SVN.
Place the patch file where the main project folder is, just to make it easier.
Right click on the file > Tortoise SVN > Apply Patch.
Tortoise Merge should open (with a little windows on its side), on that little window, right click > Patch All.

You may revert the changes by the same process:
Right click in project folder > Tortoise SVN > Revert
