how to access Exit menu on shield tv

hi, I encounter a problem to have the exit menu on the left side on android shield tv.
apparently, it's the BACK button of the shield controller whitch activate this menu.
but I don't use this controller replaced by my 8bitdo SNES30 PRO controller whitch haven't got this BACK button.
So I can't exit from a game.
is there any possibily or tweak to map a button to exit and/or make appear the left side menu to exit ?

Do you use the remote for the shield(the one with only 4 buttons)? If so you can hit the back button on that.

Otherwise you will have to NOT map whatever button the shield believes your back button to be. Easy way to find out is to remove all controller mappings, launch a game, then press buttons until the menu pops up. Then go back and remap all buttons but that one. Keep in mind this will often be one of the core buttons(a/b/x/y).

hi, thanks for the tip. unfortunaly deleting all mapping, I discover that it's the B button of my 8bitdo snes30 pro controller whitch work as BACK button.
so it's not a big deal because it's an essential location of gameplay.
is there any way to assign this BACK action to aother button like SELECT (ini.file or others tips)

Not currently. I would suggest you find your remote that shipped with the shield and use that when you need the menu.
