how to access another prog without exiting dolphin

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if there is a way to come out of Dolphin (or minimise it) and go into another programme (i.e. outlook express), then hop back into dolhin exactly where you left it??? The only option I can find is pushing ESC and that just exits me out of the game completely!!!
I am playing on full screen by the way.

Is there a way to access all the options without completely exiting out your game? i.e. fiddling with graphics settings on the fly?

Sure you can, just open the graphics config and change what you like.
