Are they manually assigned by the developers? The emulation state of some game is different from the compatibility in the Wiki page.

Also, can I override the game ini files by having config files in the User\Config folder?

1- Yes, it´s done by the devs.
2-Probably, but the easiest way to do that is in the game´s properties.
3- If there´s something different in the Wiki page, it´s because it´s not updated.

Thank you. However, I want to know how to override them. I know that I can edit the game ini files/game's properties but they will be overwritten every time I update Dolphin.

Regarding the emulation state is assigned by the devs, in case it's assigned incorrectly, can I create report an issue?

No. Update the compatibility ratings on the wiki. They are synced to gameini files regularly.

I see. Thanks for the information. That makes sense. Actually, I edited some wiki page but the new builds still don't reflect the change. I guess it will take a while and it will be synced eventually.

I know this may be off-topic, but I think it should be fixed before Dolphin 4.0 (@delroth: good luck with the new logo).

Lately, I have seen in latest builds an error in the ISO size measurement (MiB instead of MB, GiB instead of GB...) that give wrong perspectives to Dolphin users.

Do you think this will get fixed soon?

It's updated manually. Last time was about two weeks ago. If your edit is older than that, could you please give me the game name?

Sure. It's Tales of Symphonia. I changed the compatibility ratings from Perfect to Playable because this game has many minor issues.
