I'm currently building my first PC tower intended for gaming and emulating, how do these specs look for Dolphin?
I want to be able to run everything I throw at it at full speed, with anti aliasing all the way up and 1080p.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Dual Classified ACX Video Card

You'll have no problem. Make sure you get a Z97 mobo.

How much of an OC are we talking?
and what kind of cooler would I need in order to achieve that kind of OC?

With this CPU 4.2 should be more than enough.

Hyper 212 EVO (Cooler Master) is a good choice

im running a 4690k with a Cooler master Seidon 120v liquid cooler, it actually keeps it pretty cool, but other than that, the 4690k is a really good choice. i can run super mario galaxy fairly well, so you shouldn't have too many problems with this processor. it's great, overclocks really well, and overall, i'd recommend you get it
