Run the patched build like any other game you have set up for sli. Use the driver control panel to configure sli/crossfire.

You cannot run sli on a crossfire mobo no matter what. And no I don't understand you.

Why are you trying to run SLI mode on a Cross-Fire motherboard? Dolphin doesn't even support multi-gpu. New motherboards these days can do both sli and xfire no problem. Also, speaking about the "best" people in this forum, in my eyes, the only best people are the developers.

Oh I thought you were referring to the dolphin sli patch which is a patch for dolphin that enables sli to be used properly with dolphin.

Quote:and like you are very good can you tell me if the hack affect the bios or just the driver thx for help me

Neither. It affects the OS. From the link you gave me:
Quote:Remember, this tool only allows driver to see chipset as X58, and inserts ASUS certification into windows registry.

I would highly recommend you read that whole page that you just gave me the link to before you do this. And to answer your original question:
Quote:no i dont think you understand me i have a mobo support only croosfire i know there a patch for any board got 2 pci e but i ask me if i will encounter probleme with dolphin

No. It should be fine.

Quote:Why are you trying to run SLI mode on a Cross-Fire motherboard?

Because he has a(n) nvidia video card(s) but has a mobo that only supports crossfire.

Quote:Why are you trying to run SLI mode on a Cross-Fire motherboard? Dolphin doesn't even support multi-gpu.

That is not true. A patch was released about 9 months ago on the forums for allowing dolphin to utilize sli. It was commited to the svn around 500 revisions ago.

Quote:New motherboards these days can do both sli and xfire no problem.

Yes but he probably doesn't have the money to go out and buy a new mobo. Besides all he did was ask a question, so I gave him the answer as best as I could.

Quote:Also, speaking about the "best" people in this forum, in my eyes, the only best people are the developers.

Except their are only two that I have ever seen go on the forums over the last 2 years, and they rarely come on. So even though they contribute way more to dolphin than any forum user I wouldn't consider them forum users since most of them literally don't even have a forum account.

Yes. The changes are made to the windows registry so reformatting would undo the patch.

I was just showing you how it works. The patch enables SLI by essentially tricking windows into thinking you have an x58 motherboard by editing some registry entries.
