You could. But you could also overclock a 750 ti to be even faster than that so it's a moot point.
Ultimately it's up to you to decide how much speed you want and how much money you want to spend. That's a personal choice with very little objectivity. There is no magic pricepoint that's clearly better than the rest. I know that's a hard thing for indecisive people to hear but it's true. Flip a coin if you're struggling to decide. If there is no technical/economic basis for elevating one choice above the other then let fate decide.
