How much VRAM does Dolphin need?

I really can't recommend a non-TI GTX750 at this point.

Your only real choices in that price range is the Nvidia 750TI or the AMD R7 265.

The 265 is the superior hardware at that price point for the performance, but as others have noted it's not very efficient.
