Don't forget that the 750 Ti's shadowplay is awesome for recording without affecting performance too much. I didn't notice a drop at all. Shadowplay is why I chose a 750 over a 260X or something.
But if you're not going to record, go for a 265 over a 750 Ti. With the recent sales you might even be aboe to get a 270 or 270X for a similar price. There's this one guy that got a new 270 4GB for only $140 or so.
