How install a plugin

I searched in everywhere. google, forum....

And i did not found anything


Iam trying to install the Plugin_GCPadNew.dll

i downloaded here, in the forum, because iam stucked in the Zelda Wind Waker, in Earth Temple, i need to aim the mirror shield, but iam using a keyboard, so, if a press down, the shield up to the maximum, but the target is in the middle.

so, with this plugin i can set the range of my main stick, put the max range in the middle, so i can target fine.


if is not possible to install a plugin anymore, tell me another soluction for my problem.

Dolphin no longer uses plugins.
You can right click the buttons for the stick in the gcpad dialog to set the range.
Or use the "Modifier".
