How I can change banner image of the games?

I would like to know if there is any method to change the images of the banners

Put a PNG file with the same name as the game (other than the filename extension) in the same folder as the game. So if the game is called "Inazuma Eleven Go Strikers 2013.iso", name the PNG file "Inazuma Eleven Go Strikers 2013.png".
