Which games are you planning to play? It should perform very good on most demanding games.
Rig *Corei5 3570K *Nvidia 9800GT 1GB DDR3 *Motherboard Asus P8H77M-PRO *Win7 x64 *RAM 8GB DDR3(1600) 06-21-2012, 09:06 AM
I was planning to play Super Mario Galaxy 2, No More Heroes 2, Sonic Colors, and Wind Waker specifically but I'll be playing a lot more.

Then yeah, I don't have No More Heroes 2, but the others will play at full speed with the correct settings.

You don't need 16gb of RAM. Overkill. Honestly, 8gb is overkill as well. I'd also recommend a 2GB GTX 550ti in this situation if you must have 2GB. I assume you already have Windows XP/Vista/7? And a monitor? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116986 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009261 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130652 06-21-2012, 11:31 AM
I found the parts on tigerdirect so I guess newegg is cheaper. Anyways, I do need the 16gigs of ram. I do heavy video editing and animating and I do video game developing. I won't be using this for strictly dolphin, also gonna play some bf3, crysis 2, etc.

I'd still recommend building it yourself. But your money is your money. ![]() |
