I just used 3.5 x64. You should expect better performance than me, so that means higher graphical settings. However sound is very glitchy, I just keep it really low so I still hear the response when pressing a after someone says something, but in game music is terrible. As long as this doesn't effect you, you should be playin it at great speeds, for Colosseum and XD. If you have problems with speed tell me and I'll show you what I do.

Sound might be better with recent builds thanks to new AX-HLE (haven't tried Pokemon games yet) however you'll need to run the game full-speed
