For several reasons, I am looking at purchasing a Dell Latitude E6440 and the gpu for this laptop is an AMD Radeon HD 8690M. According to the specs, this gpu has 2GB of RAM. Should I be able to play modern (modern in this case being any game released since 2015) PC games at Full Speed? The OS I plan to load on the laptop is Win 7 64-bit (possibly upgrading to Win 10). One of the PC games I am most interested in is WWE 2K16. Other specs include Intel i5-4200M CPU and 4GB RAM.
How Good is the Radeon HD 8690M GPU?

Its performance is similar to a Nvidia 640m/730m so look for videos showing performance.
Here is a youtube channel where the user tests games on a 730m. My laptop has an Nvidia 840m and honestly I wouldn't recommend it or anything less powerful if you're wanting to play the newest games. I don't know your budget but I'm seeing 800ish-1200ish as the price for this laptop so if that is your budget then go for this one. Best for the buck hands down.

Yeah . For similar price , you should get the Dell 7559 since it's gaming laptop that has 3 heatsinks unlike the Dell Latitude which is multimedia laptop for business . Non-gaming laptop can not handle Dolphin because it will overheat really fast .
