What can this CPU handle?Im looking to play games like ssbb and mario kart wii on 480p.

My PC Specs:i5 3210M
GPU:Intel HD 4000
Ram:4gb

Not much difference from your current mobile CPU
If you want a big improvement , you should wait for Haswell next year

Btw , take a look at this thread
Intel HD 4000 has compatibility issue with dolphin (not sure on the mobile version)
