How fast would my rig play SMG?

ok to see your actualy fps...look down to the way left of the screen without full screen active...and on the bar on the botom of dolphin it says video %, VPS, and FPS

Ok...now I've upgraded my processor to a phenom ii x2 550 black edition @ 3.1ghz, but now when I play I only get 16 fps with no frameskipping on in the area where you start out everytime you load a game. does this seem right?

Lol I have a Core i7 @ 2.8 Ghz (No OC for me, it's on it's stock cooler Tongue

) and don't get that kinda fps (Yes, dual-core is enabled).
