It works fine using 3.5-379 from the downloads page in the link at the top of the page.

There is also a game discussion thread for this game:

I just tested it yesterday. The answer? Still bad. ES_Launch means it can boot games finally, but the games themselves are still riddled with problems. Micro-stuttering and screen redraws are the worst problem, and get extremely annoying. Plus whenever it stutters it can squish the screen, showing a black bar on the bottom. I guess you could ignore it, but as a graphics artist that drives me crazy.

Check out the wiki page on it. Make sure you click to all the sub-games to see their individual problems.

Everything that MaJoR said. And: As new revisions are a bit slower than older ones, you should consider to overclock your CPU. You'll get some slowdowns in the Metroid Prime games (especially in battles and demanding areas).

Oh and uh, it gets worse.

Prime 3 and Prime 3 Tri are screwed up right now. Shouldn't last long, I hope.

Oh, when you get so little FPS (with THAT CPU!!) then definitely is something broken. I hope it'll be fixed soon.

Damn, killing my hopes. Still, I got Xenoblade working in HD so I can finally play it in all its glory so this emulator is more than I can ask for.

That being said, I only have a few Wii games; RE4, Okami, XBC, and MP Trilogy. I may pick up Last Story.

I checked the forums for each game and they all appear to share the same problems due to them all running on MP 3 engine. I don't think the squishing would bother me too bad but low FPS kills me.

Edit- Just looked over those different revisions and their performance. So if I use a slightly older revision, I could run the game full speed?

It is a recent regression, so a version before 3.5-367 won't have the framelimiter problem. But you'll need a beast of a machine to run these games, and there were a ton of problems before the framelimiter started to act up...

Thanks for all the info. I have another question about gamecube games that I rather ask in here than blow up the board.

I just dumped Tales of Symphonia and now I am doing windwaker. What do I do once they are dumped to prep them for Dolphin?

Particularly about the dual discs of Symphonia?

You do nothing after you've dumped them properly. Once you get to the ending of disc 1, you simply go to file -> change disc in Dolphin and switch to the second disc.
