Whenever I use the "Edit Config" feature, Dolphin always wants to use LibreOffice, but I find LibreOffice overkill for editing a config file (Plus, I want to use Sublime Text instead). If I were to open the same file in Gnome Files, Sublime Text would open instead.

Is there any way to change this behavior?

If you use xdg-open to open the INI, what happens? Does it try to launch LibreOffice or an actual text editor?

It opens up Sublime Text 2

Bleh, might be wxWidgets being broken then :/ I'm afraid we can't do much about it. AFAIK Dolphin just relies on wxWidgets (the UI toolkit) to launch the file.
