How do you use mouse as Wiimote?

Hi, I'm new to this. I am using dolphin 2.0 and would like to know if its possible to use my mouse as a wiimote and how?

EDIT: Also, why does it say to connect a wiimote in mario galaxy when I have it said to: "connected"?
