I got a save at the 3 temple but how do i put the .s08 file in the dolphin memory card???

You are making little to no sense... but I think you have to modify that .s08 file.. search on the forums.. im not sure i havent tried copying saves myself

Haven't heard of the format, don't think the memcard manager has support for it. If you link to the site you found it I can take a look if there's any info.

Yeah memcard manager can import any saves.

I think what you have is a quicksave. .sXX are the endings that quicksave-files get.
Just put it into User/Statesave and load it with pressing any of the FXX-Buttons, depending on the ending. s08 means either you have to press F8 or F9...

Chances are it won't work since he got it from another computer...
