How do you set buttons on Xbox 360 pad on wiimote?

Hey ,does anybody know how to set the buttons for the wii remote configures on X-box 360 pad (But not the axis part i already know that)?

Map your keyboard to your 360 controller with xpadder and set those exact same keys in the wii mote plugin
