How do you install shaders for your games?

So I'm trying to make Tomoya's "twlight princess hd project" work. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-tomoyahd-bringing-retro-to-life
I've installed Ishiiuruka's version of dolphin and the textures for the project and both work flawlessly. But I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get the shaders to work. Could someone explain to me the exact directions to installing the shaders. (I also wish there was an actual official guide somewhere that tells people how to install both texture packs and shaders for noobs like me)
